12 oz fresh or frozen brussel sprouts, cut in half (thawed, if frozen)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place bacon slices on the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes or until the bacon is cooked and crisp. Remove from the oven and transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Reserve as much of the bacon drippings on the baking sheet as possible.
Once the bacon is cool enough to handle, chop or dice.
Place the brussel sprouts on the baking sheet and return to the oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are tender. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Meanwhile, pour pasta (from Suddenly Salad box) into a 3-quart saucepan ⅔ full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
In a large bowl, whisk together the seasoning (from Suddenly Salad box), mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar to make the dressing.
Add the pasta, bacon, and brussel sprouts to the bowl; toss gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
