1 box (7.25 oz.) Suddenly Pasta Salad Greek

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cups chopped frozen spinach, thawed and thoroughly drained

1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill

2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint

1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles

Pour pasta (from Suddenly Salad box) into a 3-quart saucepan ⅔ full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
In a large bowl, whisk together the seasoning (from Suddenly Salad box), mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and olive oil to make the dressing.
Add the pasta, spinach, artichoke hearts, dill, mint, and feta to the bowl; toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.
