Fresh Vegetable Pasta Salad: 3.5 servings
Made with Classic Suddenly Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 box (3.9 oz) Suddenly Pasta Salad® Classic
2 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vinegar
1 cup small fresh broccoli florets
1/2 small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2 small yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
1/8 cup thin wedges red onion
Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, in large bowl, stir together seasoning mix, cold water oil and vinegar.
Add drained pasta and remaining ingredients to seasoning mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate any remaining salad.
