French Onion Pasta Salad

Instructions

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add the onions, and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 12 minutes. Set aside to cool. 
2. Meanwhile, pour pasta (from Suddenly Salad box) into a 3-quart saucepan ⅔ full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the seasoning (from Suddenly Salad box), bouillon, sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar to make the dressing. 
4. Add the pasta and onions to the bowl; toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
