Chicken Sausage, Apple & Cheddar Pasta Salad

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 
2. Place sausage slices on the prepared baking sheet and place in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes or until the sausage is hot throughout (if fully cooked) or cooked through (if raw). Remove from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain and cool. 
3. Meanwhile, pour pasta (from Suddenly Salad box) into a 3-quart saucepan ⅔ full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the seasoning (from Suddenly Salad box), olive oil, honey, vinegar and mustard to make the dressing. 
5. Add the pasta, sausage, red apples, green apples, and cheddar to the bowl; toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.
