Cheesy Kielbasa & Cabbage Pasta Salad 

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 
2. Place kielbasa slices and shredded cabbage on the prepared baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes or until the sausage is hot throughout and the cabbage is tender. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool  
3. Meanwhile, pour pasta (from Suddenly Salad box) into a 3-quart saucepan ⅔ full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered for 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain well.
4. In a large bowl, whisk together the seasoning (from Suddenly Salad box), remaining olive oil (2 tablespoons), mustard, and vinegar to make the dressing. 
5. Add the pasta, kielbasa, cabbage, and cheese to the bowl; toss gently. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving.
